MDLIVE will update the Production SSO Service Provider (SP) certificate during this window in preparation for the current certificate’s expiration on March 4, 2026.
The update is expected to take approximately 5 minutes, during which temporary system downtime may occur.
Updating the certificate is not required for systems that do not use MDLIVE Service Provider (SP) metadata for SAML 2.0 assertion encryption..
MDLIVE will perform the certificate update at the scheduled time.
No meeting is planned for this certificate update.
Following the update, MDLIVE will closely monitor production traffic to verify system stability.
Clients will be notified promptly if any production issues related to the certificate update are identified.
To ensure uninterrupted integration, please update your Production SSO connection using the the latest certificate details available in the 🔗 MDLIVE SSO Configuration 📌.
The Test/UAT certificate has already been updated by MDLIVE and may be updated at your convenience.
