MDLIVE’s Telehealth Video App can be found on the Epic App Orchard.
Your IT Dept, MyChart Analyst and Epic TS will need to download and configure the app.
The App uses OneClickConnect to seamlessly integrate within Epic’s EMR via MyChart and Hyperspace.
When a virtual visit is scheduled, the Patient will be able to launch their visit from MyChart.
This does not require the patient to download an app, create a new MDLIVE Platform patient account or have an existing MDLIVE Platform account.
Your Providers will start their virtual consult from their Epic Ambulatory calendar.
Providers do not need to launch another application or open other window to see their patients.
