Providers System Requirement

Tip

MDLIVE requires a computer or smartphone with a camera, microphone, and speakers for video visits.
Because we aim to provide the highest quality service, system requirements for providers are higher than for consumers.
However, most computers and phones purchased within the last two years should have excellent video performance.

Desktop System Requirements for Video Visit:

Unless instructed otherwise, MDLIVE requires all providers to use Desktop Google Chrome.
Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in the browser.

MDLIVE generally supports only recent versions of browsers which means that MDLIVE QA Team performs automated testing on the 2 most recent versions of each browser.
