MDLIVE provides a standalone version of OneClickConnect that does not require any EMR integration.
This standalone tool allows your team to simply generate the video session URLs for both patient and provider respectively.
Generating URLs requires the entry of a Patient ID and a Provider ID (typically the MRN and NPI numbers).
Once the URLs are generated, they need to be sent via email to both your patient and provider.
Once the patient and provider click on the hyperlink URL found within their email, a new browser will launch and connect them in a video session.
MDLIVE logs the video session ID, patient ID and Provider ID for ease of reconciliation.
